Mireille Sant was born and raised in Malta, a tiny island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of the smallest countries in the world. This inspired the setting of her debut novel, adding to it a slight fantastical twist. 

A fantasy-soaked imagination coloured her childhood, while journaling and penning heartfelt poems saw her through her youth. Theatre, another great passion, enabled her to give life to so many characters, not only in her stories, but also on stage. One of her most favourite qualities is that she is bilingual, having at least two languages, Maltese and English, as means to express herself.

Mireille thoroughly enjoys getting lost in the pages of a romantsy book. She loves to write, create fairy gardens, share life with her husband and son, walk in nature and sip a heartwarming cup of tea. She believes in magic, and that everything is possible.
